this hotel was just terrible. the breakfast was horrible, raw scrambled eggs and overcrowded. i almost thought about leaving a good review because the bed was comfy, but that was it. and the staff, woefully unhelpful, especially when i asked for a room upgrade or some complimentary gesture. shameful treatment for a hotel!

Superb place! The Superior Double Room with Sofa had everything. Comfortable bed, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and a minibar. I loved relaxing in the garden by the pool. The kids enjoyed the play area in the lobby. Staff were really helpful too. What a great stay!

The swimming pool area looked promising, though we were disappointed it was closed during our stay. Kids enjoyed the play area near the lobby, which kept them entertained.
Rooms felt incredibly dated, with some serious cleanliness issues—smells and ripped furniture that didn't feel welcoming. Breakfast was a letdown, with a cramped space and limited options, featuring raw scrambled eggs. Air cooling was ineffective, making for a sweaty night. Parking was also a hassle, as many spaces were blocked off and we struggled to find a spot nearby.

Not exactly what I expected
A welcoming atmosphere with a pleasant lobby and family-friendly features made the stay enjoyable.
Despite my excitement, outdated amenities and persistent air conditioning issues made it uncomfortable.

The outdoor swimming pool area was a pleasant spot for some downtime, and the garden space was surprisingly well-maintained, offering a lovely environment for relaxation. The lobby had a nice children's corner that kept the kids entertained when we weren't outside.
Several issues cropped up during the stay. The lack of air conditioning made for a sweltering night, and despite an 'air cooling unit' in the room, it did nothing to help. The breakfast setup felt overcrowded and the options were quite limited, reminiscent of a hasty cafeteria rather than a decent hotel spread. Lastly, noise from the nearby highway was noticeable, despite some soundproofing claims.

The welcome amenity was a nice touch, and the kids loved the fun play area in the lobby, making it a great start to our stay. We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and lounging in the garden area during the sunny afternoons. The only downside was the lack of lift access, but it didn’t spoil our time too much. 😊
